@inabstracto1 I think it all really falls down for you confusing your own pretention and pride as if it were Pink Floyds and they were speaking through you. They are artists and they would respect any re-creation of their work in any form, just like they've stolen Miles Davis chord progressions for nearly every song on Dark Side of the moon and openly admit it in the documentary about the making of the album

wasn't trying to reinvent the wheel with this one guys, dont take it so seriously, i just wanted to make the original song playable in my DJ sets. its not going to cause the world to end or pink floyd to not be one of the greatest bands ever.
