Sent my SW8 off for an upgrade and got back nothing but a headache. Check out the damaged grill cover. TAS said this happened in shipping. Of course they seem unwilling to file a claim with DHL, probably because they know as well as I do that this was done while at the shop, not in shipping. Funny as it may sound, they didn't even do the requested upgrade. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do except share the story.
