dont know. House Bill 1294 semi-auto and 50 cal ban ...and House Bill 1599 increase penalty's for violating the gun ban is moving along.. pray that we dont have a mass shooting.. look the bill up ..illinois hb 1294

@willwood487 I'm inclined to agree, but a gas piston AR would still be a neat thing to have. Of course, I say that about almost ANY gun. LOL!

House Bill 1294 Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that 90 days after the effective date of this amendatory Act, it is unlawful for any person within this State to knowingly manufacture, deliver, sell, purchase, or possess or cause to be manufactured, delivered, sold, purchased, or possessed a semi-automatic assault weapon, an assault weapon attachment, any .50 caliber rifle, or .50 caliber cartridge. ect The ISRA emaild me a notice
