  • If I saw right, is that samurai damn small or is the sword damn huge? Sword is too much oversized here imo.

    Otherwise, great animation. :)

  • Samurais also used very long swords against cavalries. It is called no-dachi, a bigger katana.

  • I have seen this clip a bunch of times and really don't understand why people keep posting it. If you don't know, it's an in-game cinematic from Shogun Total War, it occurs when the player unlocks the "kensei" hero unit for production

  • Shogun Total War v=g8_UjFFpD_c

u all guys should hear that!

  • @duneestarblaze yeah but that's just disproportionate. Check out a real no-dachi in 7 Samurai.

  • I bet my katana is bigger than your katana...

  • @Anonyomus i dont know if this is true (i don't want to sterio type japanese people) is that on average there shorter then the average american or british person but they live long.

  • @MetalSnakesUK and your a low life on youtube dissing something you do not know of

  • The human movement in this animation is impressively realistic, better than I've seen in some huge budget feature films.

  • FAIL MASTER ....

  • hard to think these days that if you arnt doing it because you love the tradition or because you want to be GENUINELY able to kill people with swords, youre just a bit of a weirdo flashing around a bit of metal.

  • @duneestarblaze yes they did use very long swords... but the sword in this animation isnt just long, its way to thick, too... and for a no-dachi the handle is just to short and way to thick

  • @duneestarblaze True, but next time you want to sound like you know something about samurai, don't say "samurais."
