My mom was a fife in the Old Guard up until about five years ago, which makes me wonder if she ever went to PASIC. Though I'll have to assume not, since she probably would have told me. But, yeah, I remember the building she worked in at Ft Myer, and I saw these guys once or twice there. Funny to think that I just thought of them as her coworkers, not really as world class, because I guess I never really had any reason to think that they were when I was little.
