@ChantelleD231 You must jailbreak your iPhone/iPod/iPad. You get it when you jailbreak your device, it's like a control panel. Jailbreaking your device just allows you access to the files you phone/iPod runs on, therefore allowing you to mod it and change what you want. There are a million and one tutorials on jail breaking, just search for one for your iOS. The current iOS (devices operating system) I believe is 5.1.
