Here's a tribute that I did for a great actress, Katherine MacGregor from "Little House on the Prairie".

I so enjoyed Katherine In LHOTP. I also enjoyed how her character grew from a mean, spiteful, hate-filled witch; to one who was willing to change, to allow love into her heart. One who I always hoped would find redemption, and to keep love, light, and laughter inside. She began to find the redemption by going with the blind children in their cross-country trek to a new home. How she saw the true kindness of spirit in a little blind child's eyes and heart. I cried when she found it!!

I liked Mrs Oleson, she played her character well, and if you didn't like Mrs Oleson that means she did her job! I keep going back to all the Little House show's they have such a superb message. and you coudln't tell the actors were acting. Try that' with today's foolishness, tv is such garbage now.. UGH

Well, Katherine is a very good actress, but I never realised before. 'Cause she's playing the role of unkind Harriet... But I read that she was very nice to all the children. In later seasons, you can see that it is more Katherine and less Harriet she plays.

Yeah, how could we forget her?? Remember the one where Nels chopped the head of her dressmaker dummy and Laura thought it really was Mrs. Olson
