@1080famous I know you joined youtube June 16, 2010 a little over a year ago and posted this information about yourself 15 years old
135 lbs 5'6
Wrestler, Bjj, Judo and Muay thai
Bench press: 235 Deadlift: 365
Don't tell me I don't know anything about you, you freely gave out information about yourself when you created a youtube account. I also see how ignorant you are from the annoying and childish comments you make on my video. I am stronger and smarter than you with or without a bench shirt.

Should tell the spotters not to grab the bar all over the place...its not that much weight.

@akbrown15 This was the second time I used a bench press shirt, so why wouldn't they hold the bar? And not that much weight? I was 16 and benching 315, that's a shit ton of weight for a 16 year old. Go troll somewhere else.

@cowbell4kid lol...I wasn't trolling...sensitive much? Its an impressive lift, but the spotters were all over that bar.

@akbrown15 Have you ever lifted in a bench press shirt? They were shadowing the bar in case something went wrong, you're supposed to spot like that when a person is using a shirt because how unpredictable the lift can be. A person could be lifting any where from 50-300lbs over their RAW max, so I ask again why wouldn't they be holding the bar?

@cowbell4kid nope, never used a shirt. However, I did lift over 300 lbs as a 16/17 year old. I didn't know shirts added that much to your lift. Why use shirts if its not your natural strength?

@akbrown15 I've only tried a shirt a few times, and I don't compete with them. But they were originally made to protect the lifters shoulders when lifting heavy weights, now they just lift the weight for you and that's why I don't use them anymore. However, they separate the divisions into RAW/unequipped and equipped so some lifting without the shirt wouldn't compete against someone wearing one.
