Raymond Beadle takes a wild ride in Gainesville. He's an incredible showman.

  • just as a reminder, though Dave Mac and Steve Evans were the main announcers on Diamond P Sports home videos and on ESPN, they rarely worked together on TNN. for most of TNN's history, Steve announced NHRA (and other racing) with Brock Yates, Paul Page, and later, Ralph Sheheen. and, for the record, Bob Frey was not used on any televised drag races until the '90's. so I wouldnt call Bob one of the 'original' voices of the NHRA...

  • But Steve Evans and Dave Mcclennd (probably spelled that wrong) were the original voice of the NHRA. and Bob Frey.

  • That's the truth stamphater, Mike Dunn is the truth! That man has been on fire and drove his ass off, Paul Page needs to stick with covering the hot dog eating contests.

  • Mike Dunn is the only redeeming quality when it comes to announcers/color guys these days

  • I've been a drag fan since around 1989, and I didn't think all the announcers are bad throughout all the years I've watched drag racing.

  • The great Steve Evans!

  • Steve Evans was the best! Paul Page is the worst! just another sign of the times.Funny Cars don't look like cars anymore, and announcers don't sound like Steve.
