no, its not. They are advertising the chipset, not the CPU. Its kinda like lying tho on AMD's part because they used a quad with intel's intergrated shit graphics.. vs AMD 780 chipset with a good integrated video chipset. So to put it simple. If the quad had a regular video card, there would be no difference.

my pentium 4 runs it max like that and runs smooth as ya like, and thats a quad core so there def lieing! xD

AMD may be slower than Intel but AMD has better sound, graphics, and stunning video quality - cheaper than the overpriced intel processor with weak graphics.

they're comparing their new chipset with one that hasn't got a graphics card connected to it, no big deal, in fact ~21fps in the source engine, even at the highest settings, is nothing special.
