lotolou, not really. I, as a petitioner, will agree to that JUST AS SOON as voters hire "trained and educated' personnel (talkin' about legislators) who "know the facts and issues" and aren't just there to get "a signature" (from the governor or president).

Though it's obvious both petitioners are either purposely misleading or severely uninformed, it is also apparent the interviewer is paid by a group that opposes casinos in Ohio.

Well, if PPM is in business to gather signatures regarding important issues relating to voters, they should hire trained and educated personnel who know the facts and issues and are not there just to get a signature on a paper but to inform.
