How to remove white lines from Dazzle Sony Vegas tutorial

I made this because i keep on seeing peoples videos with them white lines.

Yea what the tittle says xD

This is also a Camtasia quality test i just got it today and no i am not making a tutorial on how to get it.

the green lines are still there this way doesnt work

Also the green lines are done by the same way just instead of cropping the top crop the bottom :D

I need help . When irecord on Studio 10 I save it. but then how can i put it on SonyVegas or WMM.. Doesnt allow me <,< And how i delete my videos that idont need

umm you just drag the clip from the file where you saved the recording and put it onto vegas and then you trim it and render each clip well thats what i do then you can delete the big file
