  • Great video. I have a transverse vertebrae due to part of my L6 not completely fusing to form my sacrum. In high school I played football, wrestled & ran track & it never bothered me but within the last year it has. I still lift & workout but squats always bug my erector spinae and others. What would be some good exercises to help strengthen those muscles??
