You have to join a game with someone who pre-ordered L4D2 to have a go with it.

It's like TF2, with the Gentle Manne's Service Medal, even though that's the rarest item in the game.

I think valve made it downloadable after awhile because my friend did not pre order it and has a baseball bat in single.
