Demonstration Material is Dangerously-Stupid, do not try this yourself.

Turning a light bulb into a plasma ball. To limit the amount of electricity that goes into the transformer, there's a 200 watt light bulb in the circuit.

  • it aint plasma!

  • C'mon, don't just be a naysayer. Go ahead and do some more research. Find out what plasma actually is, and get back to me. Oh, and references to back up your claim would be nice. :)

  • Ok this is how. I think its ordinary electrycity, dont take me wrong but i have built that Tesla coil i think thats how its said in english (cuz im from Serbia) and it creates allmost same sparks and if u put bulb to it sparks go from bulb to hand or any other metal.

  • It's electricity exciting the gas in the light bulb (argon) to the state of plasma. Also frequently referred to as the 4th state of matter, where a gas has been given enough energy to go beyond the state of gas. Same thing with lightning or arcs from a tesla coil. Maybe your issue is the language barrier, but what do Serbians call the state after gas? You know, solid, liquid, gas, what? We call it plasma. Go look up how a PLASMA CUTTER works. Same concept.

  • Now you say those sparks are plasma?

  • The light is created by plasma. As the electrons transfer through the argon, it excites the argon to the plasma energy state. Just like how a plasma cutter works - just much smaller scale. I've said "plasma" all along - the title of the video?

  • For a simple explanation go look at wikipedia's explanation - which isn't the best source, but the language is straightforward. Search for "Plasma (physics)".

  • I love this! This is the kind of stuff that I like learning about on the Discovery Channel! I'm totally subscribing. Can't wait to see more of your stuff!

  • If you want 4,000 watts transformer - you can wind it yourself - it's not that hard - I have done it before for my High-Output laser. Use thick magnet wire for secondry coil - 4 AWG diameter would be enough for 4kW output - but be warned, the homemade transformer, no matter how crappy it is, can still kill you.

so could man made ozone come in to that 4th state ur talking bout??

they make ozone to treat town water but it is expensive and has to be made on site

  • @TylerGWelch same

  • ale JAJA ku*wa jak takie cos zaje*istegomozna zrobic! tłumasz po PL poprosze ;d

  • Free energy is finaly here! But the big oil corporations don't want that technology revealed,if you want a real Free energy Magnet Motor, get the blueprints at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Join the revolution!

  • @aleks354 yes, plasma, the 4th state of matter.

  • Free Energy is real and its here but the coverup is strong, if you are interested in a REAL free energy machine then

just search for the LT MAGNET MOTOR in the youtube video search , it is probably the ONLY working magnet

motor out there. Join the free energy revolution!!

  • haha id be scared to be near it

  • wow!!!

  • coool..!!

  • how did u do it??
