The objective is to demonstrate the essential steps that dental professionals should follow when providing this new service to patients presenting with compulsive overeating. Dr. Rothstein provides an understanding of the rationale for dental professionals to provide this safe and effective non-invasive new service as part of the "healthcare team" to an ever-growing number of overweigh/obese persons many of whom are suffering from other serious health consequences as a result.
