@oluwaseunnijja I shampoo and condition every ten days and spritz me hair with aloe juice and filtered water. I spritz on coconut oil every other or two days. Incredible results! My hair doesnt even really need much defining after conditioning. My hair went from 4a/4b back to 3c, a litle bit of 3b and 4a curls.

You are a 3C/4A hair type, right? It looks like we almost have the exact same hair grade. Definitely going to trust your product recommendations! (Our TWAs even look the same!!)

@ oluwaseunhijja, I did my bc about four days ago and I'm having the same issue where I cant my little boy fro to curl, but I love it. I've gotten a lot of compliments. The people who don't like it, just don't say anything and that's fine. IGNORE what people say and how they act. I've been watching tut. For about a month before I did my bc and I don't regret it. Be patient and it will pay off. Hydrathermals products are great!!!!

I've seen ur video before I transition, now that I have done the chop Im glad I watched it again. I bc in Feb and tonight I was thinking I am ready to put some kind of texturizer in my hair. It was either that or cut it more bcuz it's grown so much. Thanks to your video Im going to cut it and try to work and define curls that way. Its funny that u said you have two types of hair, bcuz that's how i feel. So thanks 2 u i've been inspired to put off texturizing for now! Thanks for sharing.

this was such a pleasant and informative video to watch! Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge.YOu're beautiful,God bless;-)
I wish i could do that. I did my bc two weeks ago and so far I'm having a terrible time. My hair refuses to curl so I have a dry boy afro... Not only that, everyone hates it. i've had people come up to me and ask if I'm a boy. Friends call me afro face and mock my by pretending to shave their head. So idk why everyone is having a good journey but me... FML

@oluwaseunnijja wow! just hang in there and learn to work with your own hair type. Everyone's hair is a little different and as you go on your natural hair journey, you will learn how to manage your hair. Always remember that you are beautiful unique and divine and created in God's image. Don't listen to anyone else but your own heart and God.

@wanna4800 Hey. Yes, the Hydratherma Naturals moisturizing growth lotion and hair growth oil can help to grow in your edges if your massage with these 2 products 1-2x per day. they are available at HealthyHairJourney com

Thanks for all the information. It's been extremely helpful. I've been completely natural a little over 2 months now. The only step that I have not used is the gel application. Does the gel in combination with the rest of the products help to define the curl?
