And how do you think were the jews allowed to immigrate (illegaly) into british palestine? The brits promised the arabs independence, that was the only reason for them to accept a two-state-solution and the balfour-declaration. This was not fulfilled by the brits, which made the sykes-picot agreement, betraying the arabs. There was no contract or an agreement which is legal. And the war was also because of the jewish terrororganisations.

@thewhitepumpkin its people like you are the cause of many problems we have today. You only look at history from the point where it helps you and even then filter out so many things. Just think for it. If you would and could get along with the Palestinians,who would it help more. The isrealis or the Arabs. As a muslim i respect and honor an idea called " Home land for the Jews " but not like this.

@dgalili123 the invasion wasnt even illegal, palestinians were being killed and expelled. other than egypt, the arab armies didnt even enter israel from the partition plan, they entered the palestinian territories but israel managed to capture more than it was planed for them

Learn some history. Or do you ignore it on purpose?

Prior to 1967, Jordan had occupied the West Bank and Egypt had occupied the Gaza Strip; their presence in those territories was the result of their illegal invasion in 1948, in defiance of the UN Security Council. Jordan's 1950 annexation of the West Bank was recognized only by Great Britain (excluding the annexation of Jerusalem) and Pakistan, and rejected by the vast majority of the international community, including the Arab states.
