i did it in 11.25 seconds. what to do is throw a grenade down to the far end and flash the first arch then leg it through the middle. have ur shot gun tho incase u get stuck in corner.

I've completed this on Veteran in 17 seconds as well. It's all about perfect timing. Because if you get trapped in the riot-shielders you're absolutely fucked.
