Who would win...? Well, both are overrated Pokemon (I've got BOTH on my Pokemon Black), but It depends whether Arceus has Perish Song or not. If it did, then that would be a strait draw. If it had the Dark Plate, Mewtwo couldn't touch it. However, if it had a Ghost Plate, and Mewtwo had Psystrike, then it would be an easy win for Mewtwo. So I would say - depends on the item and on the moves.
