  • I say keep doing your DD's for as long as you enjoy doing them. Don't know about treadmills, i could do with a new one myself, mine is crap. Just look for one that suits your needs i.e do you need it to fold away. Weight of treadmill! Size! Check the length and width of the belt - make sure it's long enough for your stride. I would think most of them incline - def go for one that inclines (burns more calories). Horsepower - 2.0 is good for running. Features - it's crazy what some offer.
