It is Radeon 9600. NFSPS runs like this on your PC, because of your very slow CPU. And vidio cards from various producer have various default speed.

Not a Radeon 9600 running this game. The smoke tipped me off. The smoke is run through Pixel Shader 3.0, Which is a DX9.0c feature, basically only the Radeon X1x00 series and GeForce 6200 and better have that feature set. DX10 has Pixel Shader 4.0 so you're fine for that, but point is, this video was NOT run on a computer with a Radeon 9600... unless you have a DX9c shader emulator but that would make the game run retardedly slow.

You are idiot. Smoke don't need shader model 3.0. With SM 3.0 it looks better, but 3.0 is not essential. And as you don't know ATI Radeon 9600 and X1050 are almost the same, even drivers for them are same.
