All sorts of things wrong with this:
1/ Prior to smoking bans it was unusual for anyone to start smoking next to someone eating. Even when they finished it was normal to ask.
2/ Smoking here is juxtaposed against something considered totally disgusting i.e farting, and yet there's nothing outlawing farting in public.
3/ SHS is a nuisance and nothing more. Propaganda has conditioned the public to believe it represents a health threat. If we are going to outlaw annoyances, where do we stop?

Gold star sticker to whoever thought this one up... IMO funny can be way more effective than serious sometimes. People that have a positive (humorous) association remember these things so much easier.
