The Incident

This is a part of Denise's testimony - the story of a life transformed by Jesus. I am a very visual thinker and so when she first shared this illustration at her baptism, the imagery really connected with me. I felt like it might also connect for others and so I asked her if she would be willing to come to the church the following week to read the story and let me record it. After that, I cut a heart out of a piece of plexiglass and stole some sand from the kids sandbox to put together the visual illustration. A quick cut here and a click-click there and this is where we landed.

I hope it helps to communicate the profound life change that comes from an encounter with God. If you feel like your heart is heavy, ask Jesus to wipe it clean and set it free.
