PerformanceCorps.com This is the last week of hard work before we unload and recover next week and it marks the introduction of complex training to the Corps. Complex training is hitting a targeted muscle group with both a strength exercise and a power/speed exercise back to back. Today we went after our glutes with RFESS and Split Squat Jumps.
Too bad there's no AVP.
