when you are hitting your forehand, make sure your left arm is pointing at the net :)

If you are going o practice retrieving dropshots, make sure that you are not running into the net. Practicing some deaccelaration use adjustment steps to properly set up to the ball. Then practice your splitstep in case you need to hit a volley. I dare anyone reading this to try a work out with me. I bet you will not be smiling! As always, your workout session is free if you do not sit down, hold a fence, or lean over during an entire workout session. LOL

They look like they are having fun and fun is good. Not sure when I ever saw someone smiling during a physical conditioning session with me. During my workouts people are always leaning against a fence or trying to sit down somewhere. Ladies, I dare you to try a work out with me!!! This type of workout is good cardio, but for improving your tennis footwork, agility and movement, it's ALL WRONG!
Being good with balls pays off in more ways than one.
