  • @devinemassacre so there only 2 wys of working out in your mind? Kill yourself and half assing it? PLease dont tell me ur one of those ppl that tries to kill ppl when you spar?Theres a cpl ppl in my gym that go in there yelling and grunting and going full speed and it just comes off as annoying and arrogant.

    Unless ur training for a fight then i can understnd being in the killer mentality. But if its just a reg day then just have fun with it and put in ur work.

  • i hate the people who do mma for a month for free at my gym and then never come back and say they did mma for the next 50 yrs

  • who makes a youtube about this? This is every gym, people generally do different shit, who cares.

  • Not a big fan of going to the gym. I get way too self conscious, so I always just work out at home.

  • I used to have weight problems but not overweight i was underweight a lot and 6ft 1 so i looked really skinny. I could eat and eat and i wouldn't put weight on and it stopped me from my training because i never had enough energy, but i put myself on a proper diet and i have been back in training for a while now and i have finally just slightly hit normal weight for my height, but i still have a low body fat percentage it should be around 10-15% mine is about 4-5%.
