Can I ask what computers can play this because I have a windows Xp (I know) and it kept on crashing util it compleatly stoped working, Can you help. Also what computer do you think guild wars 2 would work on Xp. Thanks

@Reprusu it said it was guild wars account support so i think its not someone random for the 25-digit key that was just the key on that special game activation card but i still don't know how to get the campaign acces keys ive put that in the reply as well
i got a problem the game says it doesnt recognize my account ive already contacted customer support but if someone can help right away please do so

Unfortunately, customer support is the best you can do right now. Another one of my subscribers is also having a similar issue, but I hope both of you can get it resolved.
Seems like since they've introduced the character recognition system, a lot of people have been getting locked out. >_<

@Reprusu i got a reply from customer support he says i need to reply and give the acces keys from all my campaigns but i dunno how to get those can you help me with this please

Make sure it's Anet customer support and not someone random first.
Your access keys are located in the game boxes, but if you bought the games online, I'm not sure how you would have to get your access keys. Maybe in your email account under anything from anet or ncsoft.
