I got mine today and I didn't have any ghosting :S

@CrazyDood69 I think the problem is the graphics card drivers that forces the screen to activate the OD because all other menu options special register. The problem is to find the catalyst for ATI or NVIDIA software, I think.

Does the ghosting only appear when browsing the internet/word documents or on games too?

@CrazyDood69 Apparently no... It's quite annoying to start your monitor holding down the menu button since you have to do it every single time you change device, start playing a game on ps3 (sometimes pc too) and after you've shut the monitor down.

You know what though, after I turn off Overdrive (OD) and turn off the monitor or switch inputs, Overdrive comes back on! I can't get the setting to "stick". Anyone know how to fix *that*?

"I THINK I MIGHT HAVE FIXED IT. Stumbled into the secret service menu for asus monitors...i'm still testing, but i wanted to get this out there for others affected.
Seems to be related to the OverDrive feature being turned on. To get into service menu: Power down, hold menu button + power on....when display shows up, let go of menu button again. Move down to OD option, hit menu to select, hit up or down to turn OFF." - Asus forums.
Try this people. It helped me out a lot.

@Leivonmies While that did fix it, I can't get the setting to stick. Any idea how to fix that?

@Leivonmies Yeah, so disabling OD fixes it, but you also can't make the setting "save"?
