I drank beer while using a Yoshi blade and almost cut off my left hand. And I wasn't even making race car noises.

I opened the packaging for the blades, i looked at them and i didnt think they were that sharp and i got ripped off. so i ran my fingers on the blade part, and they cut all 3 of my fingers that made contact with them. haha. learned a good lesson. But how durable are they? like from chips and if you drop them. they seem sort of brittle.

@beatforthebeaten They ARE brittle! You can chip one easily. So don't drop it, and if you DO, make sure it lands in something soft like your foot. (The small chip in mine does not affect the knife.)

it says on the box to cut on wood, plastic, or bamboo boards only or it will damage the knives....but i guess there must have been some "drive fast turn left" on the tv so no time to read instructions

@NotThatChrisBrown9 Yes, you are correct. In fact Yoshi sent their team of attorneys to my house in September. At that time, I agreed to a 4-week cutting board sensitivity training course in order to prevent prosecution. They did confiscate my glass cutting board, but were kind enough to replace it with a bamboo model that is carved in the shape of Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s right shoe sole.
Thanks for your dedication to the serious issue of ceramic blade abuse!
