apples shouldn't measure themselves on the orange scale. Oranges shouldn't judge apples as failed oranges. It's a hard slog to be adult on the spectrum and 'out there' in the world, even interfacing on a simple level. Don't quit. You know that you're 'ok'. And there really are nice corners of this finicky, judgemental world. Really.

Yeah, there's stuff I didn't manage to get into the video. I didn't really expand on the bullying idea and in retrospect it was probably the wrong word to use, so I want to do another video on it.
I was talking about the way non-autistic people tend to talk in "strokes" (transaction analysis theory) which can be difficult to work out in real time, leaves little time to think about anything else and raises stress to the point that you don't get anything out of the experience.
