The problem is, however, that most people are by default on the "no" side because of the years of government propaganda that they've been subjected to since grade school. Only a few thousand have been granted Health Canada licenses for medical marijuana.Why is this and you look south and there are lots of knowledgeable doctors where here none.Just another way bill c15 will jail a lot of sick people can you imagine how high taxes will be.We will need more jails,cops,guards,councilors etc just to go after a herb that has never killed a person

I'm often in the neighborhood shopping on st laurent and have passed by the dispensary a couple times. I ALWAYS see at least 4 or 5 cop cars (or the same one 5 times?) within a 3 or 4 block radius. It's obvious they are there because of the dispensary as I only see this concentration close to the dispensary. Do you get any trouble from them or do you think they're there to sort of "stake out" the area in case of trouble?
