hi, my nephew jak had 48 xxxy syndrome, he is about to turn 3, hes a very special little boy who loves to dance, he isnt talking much yet, has trouble expressing himself. we found out that he had 48 xxxy not long after he was born, he had a cleft lip, and his little finger on each hand was bent, so the hospital done genetic testing.

how did y find out he had it at sucha young age ??

he had heart defects that were corrected at 4 months old.. a geneticist ran a chromosome test on him and they found it.
