if you ever have a problem like that again, just google "mtronics genesis ride pdf". I buy a lot of parts second-hand and they rarely have any literature with them, this is how I solve that problem.

I would say all you need to do is find the instructions for esc and reprogram it to suit your radio gear, that should solve your issue

it could also be a thing with sensorless brushless called coging its when the esc dosen't get enough power but more likely the meshing ,or gearing to tall.

The problem was that I hadn't programed the esc correctly (or I had unprogramed it on my first switch up). Mtroniks came through with a downloaded instruction book from their website! So, sorted. Thanks.
