Perry Cross - an inspiration

My story is about triumph over tragedy, and the purposeful decisions I have made to push myself harder, higher and better no matter what life has thrown my way.

At the age of 19 Perry Cross broke his neck in a rugby game in 1994, and was left a quadriplegic on life support, unable to move from the neck down.

Most people in his situation never leave the hospital.

However, with the support of those around him and an incredible amount of inner strength and determination Perry made a major decision: "Let's get moving."
