30-September-2009: Laguna Lake water level was relatively high prior to tropical storm Ondoy, local Angono folks would say that this is usually an occurence every year leading to the Angono town fiesta on November 23. This was not until after tropical storm Ondoy that Laguna Lake water level was said to be unusually very high, which was compared to the same scenario 90 years ago. Some parts of the lakeside barangays of Angono; Bagumbayan, Poblacion Ibaba (San Clemente), San Vicente and Kalayaan were still under water several days after Ondoy. It was said that the water level in the Laguna Lake would totally normalize only until December.
With the arrival of super typhoon Pepeng, there's nothing more that we can do but pray and for those still living in the flooded houses, to evacuate to a safer place.

The video was taken while on the higher grounds of nearby Brgy. San Carlos, Binangonan, Rizal.
