Here is another great core workout at home / leg workout you can do to lose weight and took off. You can set a good tone and strengthen your body and start even if you're a beginner. No additional weight or equipment for this workout - you can do at home with his only body weight.

Here's the breakdown of training:

SKYSCRAPER (10 reps each side) - Get into a push up position and keep your body strong and straight as a board. Turn to each side, facing the ceiling, and reach your hands toward him. Repeat 10 repetitions on each side.

Bent Over CIRCLES (25 reps each direction) - Bend the knees slightly bent (tip: make sure your knees are not going to spend your toes, you must have your chest out) put your arms straight out sideways and make small circles, 25 each side does not stop.

DUMBBELL SQUAT SWING W / JUMP (10 reps) - Grab a dumbbell or anything that is weighted, squat until your legs are bent at an angle of 90 degrees. Maintain good posture (see the roof if necessary) and put your weight on your heels. Make a small jump, as happened while swinging up with dumbbells.

SALTO Lunges (10 reps each side) - Take a giant step backward and downward thrust to both legs at an angle of 90 degrees. Now it is the foot that is forward with the opposite hand. As you emerge, jump high enough so you can switch your feet in the air and land with one foot in front. Repeat 10 repetitions on each side.
