@gunesgun NE Alabama.

@LMmccallL57 may I ask where ın the states you live?
-
@gunesgun I think it depends on the doctors on suggestions of breast-feeding, but formula is very popular. :/ A cousin and I have the same OB/GYN and he fully encourages breast-feeding. I love that our bodies produce nourishment for babies before/after they're born. :-) I don't like that c-sections are so often performed here, in my opinion. It's like SOME doctors are in a rush to get things over with and that's not right. If there's a danger to the life of the mother and/or baby, then okay.

@gunesgun I just saw your answer about "intervention ıs the greatest ın the United States" after I asked if you meant US or UK. Got it.

@gunesgun US or UK? On your back is the standard way/many doctors prefer it, but my cousin delivered on her knees, holding onto the head of the bed, in the bed w/o midwives, only doctors and nurses. She asked if she could change her position. When she found a somewhat "comfy" position, they let her stay. It was only minutes before the baby was born, though, so maybe that's why, (too risky to move her) but it happened. Another cousin delivered in July and it was recorded. Other vids on Youtube.

@LMmccallL57 there ıs too much ınterventıon there. the only optıon to gıve bırth ın the hospıtal ıs lyıng on your back. you cannot record the bırth event-which ıs very sad. when a mother needs to gıve bırth vıa c sectıon she ıs forced to ıt naturally-no choice there. the choıce of how to have a baby should be left to the mom supported by her doc or mıdwıfe. In my sıtuatıon c sectıon was a better chıoce but ı was forced to ıt naturally-whıch ended up wıth the use of a vacuum.

@LMmccallL57 while I agree with anything ıs possıble anywhere ... hospital intervention ıs the greatest ın the United States. The nurses are very nice -no complaints about that. İnstructıons were clear too . I stayed for three nights-no problems were there. Use of vacuum was too fast on me. Epıdural was encouraged hıghly. the broken clavıcle was mıssed and I was told the baby was perfect. The breastfeeding ıs not encouraged as much as ıt should be-there are baby formulas ready to be gıven .

@TheZeeeebe Exactly!
Every single place in the world will have women saying they've had a bad experiece or a good experience. It just depends on those who are helping her.
The woman who gave birth was so quiet and composed! Tres bien!!
