Not to be rude but for soundproofing you can always go to the foodservice distributors+get a zillion purple cardboard pieces that separate apples... much cheaper (like 10 cents apiece at most) or even free.

All the work you put into building a nice room, only to put the ugly sound sheets inside! I'm sure they work great, but they look really bad! I guess it's okay if you're not going to have any clients come over to record. I'd go back in there and make them fit better and not hang off the walls and flop over onto the floor.
