Highlights of the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service Gala Evening, held on 9th October 2008 in London. Hosted by Eammon Holmes the top ten, best performing call centres in the UK were announced along with the five top performers in their sector. The results were based on the UKs biggest ever call centre benchmarking exercise of 20,000 mystery shopper calls - with first direct coming out on top.
