If you have read anything about her then you would know that she was raised by a proud Eritrean mother who brought her back to Asmara every year. It is so petty and ridiculous to have a problem because of her name.

Ella is good looking and talented without a doubt. And if she is smart she could go long way.
Having said that, she should have at least represented her half Eritrean through her name. But then again its not like she chose her name. Maybe her mum its not proud of the Eri culture, and wants to disociate from it.
I am Eritrean and I prefer to see The Beautiful Liya Kebede . . . ALL DAY. Then then elle.

And I 100% agree with you I don't normally use swear words.
Listen I don't need to prove I'm Eritrean I'm Eritrean at heart, with an Eritrean name, with Eritrean blood, with Eritrean parents.
Nice only been on Youtube for couple hours questioning my ethnic background.
