Well I got to go gator huntin' here with a local trapper. We were to remove a nuisance gator who was harassing people on a specific area of the river. It seems people have been feeding it from boats so now it approaches all boats looking for food. This is why you do not feed wild animals, this gator had to be destroyed to protect people from the danger they created. Fear not...there are about 5 gators for every human in Florida now, we are still highly out numbered.
This alligator was 8'9" long and approximately 150 pounds. If you engaged this alligator in the water, it would win.
This hunt was 100% legal.
Wow! Great looking camera my friend!
