  • Looks good,can you also cook baby ducks the same way?

  • Might be kinda tough, considering the fat that's on a duck.  It would probably work better with squab, but cooking times would vary.

  • This is a great recipe. Just made it again the other night.

  • All three stores should carry game hens. If the larger markets don't have them fresh, look for them in the freezer section. They're still a good product. Hope that helps.

  • Great recipe, but there has to be a germ-fest going on in that kitchen with you touching the meat, then the faucet, the handle, utensils, etc.
