Where can one get the DVD? I went to the CDO London website and could not find it.
Much appreciated.

Also, the group was co-founded by Mestre Brasilia, an angoleiro and student of Mestre Canjiquinha (of course he isn't of Pastinha's lineage either, but there is more to angola then that lineage, great as it is). I really feel like CDO is one of the few places were all the various threads of Capoeira have been able to come together so seamlessly.

Charley1977 - Well you I don't think you can compare two great masters like that. Ofcourse Mestre Pastinha's line and Mestre Poncianinho's style are going to be different but thats what make capoeira interesting. It would be a great shame if everyone played capoeira the same; lets not forget Mestre Poncianinho can play Angola, Regional & Miudiunho. We are taught to bring our own style to the table. Peace.

Well said Tatu.
The yellow t-shirt is the t-shirt they produced for their most recent Batizado. It isn't their usual uniform. Also, Cordao de Ouro isn't a "regional group"; it is a group that practices contemporary Capoeira, which takes influence from both the Capoeira of Mestre Bimba and that of Capoeira Angola. In fact, the grand master of the group, Mestre Suassuna trained more with masters of angola (Such as Mestre Canjiquinha) as a student than he did with regional teachers.
