Me singing Hey Jude, by The Beatles. Again, my monitor wasn't working properly, so at around 1:27 (and other places) you can hear notes that were too high for my voice which I normally could have tuned with the monitor but wasn't able to. I recorded all back-up vocals and instrumentals with GarageBand and Kontakt, using voice changers in GarageBand to create vocals like the Beatles. In places I couldn't exactly mimic their voices with my own voice, I used samples from the original song. At the end of the song (from 3:10-4:13) I used sample mirroring and my own voice to create a chorus with my own voice.
I am looking to buy a MXL MXLV63M Condenser Studio Microphone ($99.00), a Pop Filter ($18.95), and a Pyle Pro 8 Channel Mixer ($92.00). If you would like to donate and help me get enough money to buy these items, click on the following link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=VHDJ...
Once I raise the money I need (a total of $209.95) and purchase the equipment, I will make a video cover using the mic, mixer, and filter. Thank you for your help.
you have a sweet voice. :)
