so does that mean that in Athens they havent even got the technology to prevent the drivers opening the doors on the wrong side?

over here in London our underground train all now have C.S.D.E FITTED so the driver cannot make these errors.

@DANWOODHOUSE1 Actually, there's a button which opens the doors on the right and one that opens the doors on the left side of the train. It seems that the driver pressed both buttons. However, mistakes like this don't happen in our subway.(the train in the video ain't subway)

In Hong Kong all our trains has a system to lock up a side of the doors to prevent these kind of mistakes.
