@RoGraves2012 It means the combo has been dropped and can be tech'd out of by pressing a, b or c.

@RoGraves2012 in blazblue you can quick recover pressing a, b or c at the right time, so when the numbers turn blue in a combo its because that combo can be escaped in that way
