Been with Vector 4.5 years. I've loved it and learned a lot.

Cutco has amazing cutlery for average households, but nothing for professionals. Vector lives by the ancient ways of MLM which means you'll run out of leads if you don't have an impressive line of rich family or friends (over the age of 25 and live in a house, not apartment, and have a job)

Just got two comma paychecks in a row from this company! Gonna make a couple more. :) It's so fun and I've learned so much and had so much personal growth. Definitely no scam here if you just do the job right! :) I love my job and I get paid on my worth rather than a set hourly pay where I can do a great job and maybe get a bonus or raise every few years--or work here and get a bonus every month for just actually working and doing my best.

@2pathways hahha Vector is a scam bro, I worked there and all they do is push you to sale more products, sure you get paid $15.00 per appointment but you also have to make those appts and you can only show them to so many people. Don't work here man it sucks.

I LOVE Cutco, but I HATE Vector. Vector is like MLM and a pyramid scheme. Plus, their network marketing stinks. The only skill you will learn is how to 'phone crunch' all day to your friends and relatives like you would if you sold Amway. You also READ from a manual in front of clients. You DON'T learn selling, marketing, and advertising. Plus, you 'save your friends lives' by whoring out their numbers to your manager and you make commission off their sales. Thats classic Pyramid scheme 101
