@TaZBhoyFontenoy Well said mate, most people do NOT know that about the flag, the green is for the catholic community and the orange for the protestant community and the white is supposed to mean peace between the two, that's what bono who is a protestant was meaning years ago when he asked the crowd at one of their concerts what colour did they see between the green and orange, the crowd replied white and he said red, obviously meaning the blood shed between the both sides.

the orange stands for the protestant community who came from the uk...republicanism in ireland and irish republicanism among irish decendents is open to all and has protestant and catholic martyrs and pioneers as does celtic...in stark contrast our opposition has or did have a protestant onlly recruiment policy...sectarin we are not and blood,nationality,birth means nothing to us republicans only your thoughts and oppinions
