http://froknowsphoto.com/ Think Tank makes what I think is a great backpack for taking key gear and your laptop with you.

It is built well, fits a ton of stuff and feels great on your back. Some of the larger back packs are just way to big and feel very top heavy on your back.

This bag is comfortable and distributes the weight very well with the built in hip-strps.

The only downside to this bag along with almost all shoulder bags is that its not fast to shoot out of. You have to put the bag down, unzip it, pull the lens out you want to use, put the other lens back in the bag.

But it is great for getting your stuff from point a to point b comfortable and safely.

  • Nice looking bag, Jared! Do you know if it's waterproof? My trusty lowepro is and it came in handy many times. It would be a good travel bag but Im not sure about hiking etc...which is why it may or maynot be waterproof

  • @onemorelick I will double check when I get home but every bag I have from think tank comes with an emergency rain

cover, so Id think this one would as well.

  • Great bag:)

Can you fit a D3s with a lens attached?

Also, I know this is off subject but is that a FROKNOWS t-shirt???

Do you sell those?? that's an awesome shirt!

  • @JD95 Cant fit a body with a lens on at all.

    There will be shirts coming!!!!

  • Great video as usual. Have you used any of the Tenba bags? What's your opinion on those? Thanks!

  • @sk8b0i I have not tried there bags, which ones should I look at?

  • Lowepro, ThinkTank, Kata - they all know how to make these for next to nothing and charge an arm and a leg. I cut up a damaged Lowepro Fastpack 350 make a custom bag. Cheap foam, nylon stiffeners, clips, zips, cordura - there's nothing to these bags.

  • Thanks for the vid as I am currently shopping around for a back pack, and am considering this one also.

  • i saw the price and switched off...

  • My bag right now is a freaking turtle shell I hope I can save up for this one. I don't mind that you can't switch lenses very quickly, most of the time you set aside time before events to set up your equipment anyway and being able to shrink the empty bag down will be very nice. I almost got heat stroke carrying around my clunker tamrac backpack

  • Been looking hard at this bag due to it's thin profile and ability to expand when needed. Thought about using the skin component lens pouches or modular pouches on the pro speed belt in lieu of the hip straps for quick lens change out. It's more comfortable and you can quickly remove the backpack and keep the pro belt with pouches on for better mobility. Outstanding design!

  • When I went to Israel there were loads of bombs. When I came back my bag smelt of humous and was covered in phlegm.

  • 2:58 - lol, i hope people know that this is completely wrong..

  • lowepro make great bags all the pros give them good reviews too :D

  • can you check out Kata DR-467i Digital Rucksack please please please ^__^
